20 barg Alloy High Pressure Filters
Description :
Manufactured from machined die cast aluminium, these 20 barg compressed air filters are ideally suited to a wide range of high pressure industrial applications, such as high pressure testing and PET bottle manufacturing.
Offered in a range of 19 models with connection sizes ranging from 1/8” to 3”, the Alpha Series 20 barg Coalescing and Particulate (dust) filters has been tested to provide a saturated differential pressure of <125 mbar across X1 and XA grades – proving to be our most advanced filter to date.
Providing world class filtration, all models feature the Walker Filtration push-fit filter element design with double ‘O’ ring seals for extra security against contamination by-pass. These models are available in all standard grades from 25 micron to 0.01 micron and Activated Carbon.
Quality is guaranteed and all filters feature Walker E-Coat™ internal and external corrosion protection followed by a tough polyester powder coating on the outside. Only the highest quality components are used on both our compressed air filters and elements and quality control of these CE marked products includes a hydrostatic test certificate and serial number for complete traceability.
