Walker Filtration’s Alpha Series Coalescing Filters feature a redesigned housing and a significant improvement in element performance. This makes it one of the most energy-efficient general purpose compressed air filter ranges available on the market today.

Designed with flow-optimisation in mind, the Alpha Coalescing filters feature a new advanced filter head design, which, when combined with the Alpha filter element, significantly improves the airflow, energy efficiency, and overall performance of your Compressed Air system.

Alpha coalescing filter elements are uniquely designed to deliver significant energy savings. Available in five filtration grades (X25 – 25 micron, X5 – 5 micron, X1 – 1 micron, XA – 0.01 micron, and AC – Activated Carbon). The XA and X1 grades guarantee class-leading performance with a saturated differential pressure of < 125mbar. When installed as part of your compressed air system, Alpha elements provide improved performance, increased service life, and lower total cost of ownership.

The Alpha Series Compressed Air Coalescing filters are tested and validated to ISO 12500-1: 2007, guaranteeing the highest levels of air quality.

Offered in a range of 19 models with connection sizes from 1/8” to 3”, the Alpha Series has been third party tested and validated to provide a saturated differential pressure of <125 mbar across X1 and XA grades – proving to be our most advanced filter to date.
